I. Product Overview:
The KEZGF-200KV Series DC High Voltage Generator is researched, designed, and manufactured in accordance with the industry standard ZBF24003-90 "General Technical Conditions for Portable DC High Voltage Generators."
This series of portable DC high voltage generators is suitable for power departments, industrial and mining enterprises, research institutions, railways, chemical plants, power plants, etc., for conducting DC high voltage tests on zinc oxide arresters, magnetic blow arresters, power cables, generators, transformers, switches, and other equipment. It is an ideal next-generation product.
The KEZGF-200KV Series DC High Voltage Generator adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, pioneering the application of PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology and closed-loop adjustment. It uses large voltage feedback to significantly improve voltage stability. With stable high-power IGBT devices and driving technology, and based on electromagnetic compatibility theory, special isolation and grounding measures are implemented. This ensures the DC high voltage generator achieves high quality, portability, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.

1. Compact size, lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, reliable, easy to operate, and fully functional, making it ideal for field use.
2. Manufactured with stable technology and processes, it pioneers the application of PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology and pulse train logic array modulation. Using high-power IGBT devices and high-frequency technology, the frequency reaches up to 100kHz, resulting in higher output voltage stability and lower ripple coefficient.
3. High accuracy and precise measurement. Voltage and current are displayed digitally, with a voltage resolution of 0.1kV and current resolution of 0.1μA. The voltmeter on the control box directly displays the voltage applied to the load sample, eliminating the need for an external voltage divider and simplifying wiring. The instrument measures leakage current at both high and low voltage ends. The high-voltage end uses a circular digital display, resistant to discharge impact and interference, making it suitable for on-site use.
4. High voltage regulation stability, smooth voltage adjustment across the full range. The output voltage is adjusted using a single multi-turn potentiometer, ensuring a smooth boosting process and high adjustment precision, with coarse and fine adjustment functions. Voltage regulation accuracy is better than 0.1%, voltage and current measurement errors are less than 1.0%, and the ripple factor is better than 0.5%.
5. Negative polarity output, zero-start, continuous adjustment, with various protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, zero return, grounding protection, and unique disconnection protection. The automatic protection circuit is robust and reliable, ensuring operational safety. All technical indicators exceed industry standards and similar products.
6. Added 75% VDC-1mA function, providing great convenience for zinc oxide arrester measurements. A simple press eliminates the need for calculations. The control box features a 75% voltage function key. During zinc oxide arrester tests, when the current reaches 1000μA, pressing the 0.75 button displays the voltage and current values at 75%. After completion, immediately return the boosting knob to zero, the fine adjustment voltage knob to zero, press the green button to cut off the high voltage, and turn off the power switch before proceeding with other tests.
7. Convenient overvoltage setting function with a digital dial switch, intuitively displaying the set voltage value for flexible operation. The display unit is kV.
